History
The Full Story
In the mid 1920's Will's great grandparents bought a small cabin in Ocean Lake, Oregon, now named Lincoln City, when the area was primarily forested. Since then the Cabin has served as a place for family gatherings, beach getaways, and a fishing base. Pictured below are Will's grandparents-- (left) Grandpa Larry and his cousin with a couple bright coho, likely caught casting into Siletz Bay at Taft. (Right) Pat caught fishing first light in her night gown on the Deschutes River near Dante.
With additions slowly tacked on over the years (and differed maintenance) the cabin in Lincoln City has become a gathering place for winter steelhead enthusiasts where stories are told around the fireplace.
